Keynote Speakers Rasmus Nielsen Professor at UC Berkeley Dr. Nielsen is a population geneticist working with analysis of next generation sequencing data related to human evolution and disease. He is a member of the Center for Theoretical Evolutionary Genomics at Berkeley. James Broach Director of the Institute of Personalized Medicine at the Penn State College of Medicine Dr. Broach investigates genomics of stress response. He is also the Chair of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Penn State Hershey.
