Appointed to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2002, Judge Jones is perhaps best known for presiding over the Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District case in which he ruled that the teaching of intelligent design in public school science classes is unconstitutional._ A 1980 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, Judge Jones will be giving this seminar followed by a question and answer period.
