Amnis FlowSight: Imaging Flow Cytometry for Insightful Cellular Analysis
Rich DeMarco, Application Scientist, EMD Millipore
January 13, 2016 @ 04:00 pm to 05:00 pm
W-201 Millennium Science Complex
Rich DeMarco, application scientist representing Amnis Corporation, will be visiting us on Wednesday & Thursday, January 13-14, 2016._ He supports the FlowSight instrument, an imaging flow cytometer in the Huck Microscopy & Cytometry Facility._ The FlowSight can capture images of up to 2,000 cells/second using multi-color imaging which can be used for intuitive and rapid downstream analysis._ Some applications especially well-suited for the FlowSight include apoptosis, cell-cell interaction, intracellular co-localization, and cell-cycle analysis. During his visit, you won't want to miss the following opportunities to learn about the FlowSight imaging flow cytometer from Rich DeMarco: Wednesday, January 13, 4:00pm in W-201 Millennium Science Complex:_ Seminar "Amnis FlowSight:_ Imaging Flow Cytometry for Insightful Cellular Analysis" Thursday, January 14:_ throughout the day sessions available for individual/group project consulting. For questions or to schedule a session, contact Greg Ning (gxn7@psu.edu; 814-863-0994). For more information about the FlowSight, visit EMD Millipore's website, or the Huck Microscopy & Cytometry website
